Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining project quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections for projects.
• Analyze architectural plans and perform quantity take-offs.
• Procure, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor, track, and control costs throughout the project life cycle.
• Review and process claims, variations, and change orders.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost control and compliance.
• Check and approve contractor/ vendors bills for payment certification
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare final accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and contract administration.

• English (Required)
• Malayalam (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)
