Quantity Surveyor

To manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts. The QS ensures value for money while adhering to statutory building regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with or lead the preparation of feasibility studies and cost planning.

* Contribute to procurement strategies and tender documentation.

* Evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.

* Risk and value management and cost control.

* Attend design and client meetings.

* Manage all commercial aspects of allocated projects.

* Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

* Manage and value variations, claims, and changes to the work.

* Liaise with site teams to monitor progress against budgets.

* Prepare monthly commercial reports and cash flow forecasts.

* Prepare and agree final accounts.

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts

* Excellent cost and financial management skills.

* Ability to lead commercial elements of multiple projects.

* Proficient in QS software

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

* Minimum 3-5 years of QS experience.

* Experience across various sectors (e.g. residential, commercial, infrastructure).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
