Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Malappuram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring cost control throughout all stages of the construction process. Daily tasks include cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting to ensure projects stay within budget while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Ability to conduct cost reporting and related documentation
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
