The candidate should be a Civil Engineer (Degree or Diploma) with 04 - 08 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferred with knowledge of Interior Work and interpretation of drawings, taking-off quantities, preparing cost estimate follow-up and evaluation of quotations, preparing comparative statements, rate analysis.
Responsible to calculate quantities, prepare BOQ, and calculate item rates and prepare comparative statements.
The candidate also should have proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and should be capable of taking out quantities using AutoCAD drawings.
