Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in West Bengal, India. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimation, project budgets, and cost control throughout various construction projects. They will prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and project valuations, while also analyzing project risks and managing all associated contractual documents. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely and efficient execution of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and cost control
• Ability to prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and project valuations
• Strong knowledge of construction project planning and management
• Proficiency in using software tools and systems relevant to quantity surveying
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant professional certification and a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
• Previous experience in construction or real estate projects is a bonus
