Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Kolkata. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and cost management, and performing cost reporting. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure effective implementation of cost control strategies and staying updated with project budgets and expenditures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
• Ability to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting methodologies
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Professional degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Understanding of construction processes and industry regulations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
