Quantity Surveyor

• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software, including 3D modeling.
• Ability to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with project team members to gather information and clarify drawing details.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and drawing archives.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of drafting tasks to the department's manager.
• Maintain cordial relations with the employees/unskilled staff
• Facilitate and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Prepare various reports and update to stakeholders as per requirement.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to Prepare BOQ
• Ability to Work Out On Rate Analysis
• Ability to Do Detail Estimation.
