Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning and management, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring and controlling costs, and providing detailed cost reports. The role involves working closely with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and in alignment with quality and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in cost control, cost planning, and cost management
Proficiency in creating and managing detailed bills of quantities (BOQ)
Experience with cost reporting for construction projects
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in construction or real estate industry is preferred
