Job Description Project Planner (Civil Structure – CSA) Location: Navi Mumbai About the Role The Project Planner (Civil Structure – CSA) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive construction schedules and resource plans for all civil and structural base build activities in large-scale Data Center projects. This includes earthworks, foundations, concrete superstructures, steel structures (including PEB), and architectural elements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed L3/L4 schedules for Civil & Structural works using Primavera P6 and MS Project . Break down complex CSA activities into tasks, define logical sequences, durations, and critical paths. Integrate CSA schedules with overall project master schedule. Resource planning & optimization – manpower, equipment, and materials. Track daily/weekly progress, prepare reports, and conduct variance/earned value analysis.
