Role & responsibilities

• Plan Approval

  : To make plan and get the approval from Government Authorities From Town Planning Department or Local Corporation.

• Painting & Maintenance of exterior plaster

  : To make plan and get the old factory shed, fresh look, select new fresh colours, good exterior texture, lights etc. To select building material, paints, combination etc. and do renovation work and new work

• New Layout for proposed factory:

  To make a plan for new factory layout in 20 Acres, plan warehousing and storage tanks, carry out costings, make a proposal to be given to banks and financial institutions, make proposal for return of investment

• Office Layouts for factory staff and auditors:

  To plan sitting arrangements of all the staff and give them the respective area for working, provision room, provision for proper documentation, cafeteria is well planned, terrace area is used for some get-together etc.

• Civil Architecture & Interior Architecture

  : Civil architectural faade modifications to be carried out and give new look to the factory premises, interior changes as per the requirement for office, lab, factory shed to be made once in 5 yrs., workers room etc. to be modified to give fresh feel, need to have walkway properly designed with good architectural feel.

• Factory Mural:

  Sculptures and Murals are properly selected and designed as per the factory area.

• Fire Hydrant System and approval from explosive department:

  All approvals are to be taken, and Fire Hydrant systems are designed – tested and installed and modifications will be carried out as per the need.

• Server Room:

  To have proper room designed for layout of server racks for all the functionalities – computer server, EPBX, CCTV camera, biometrics, keeping provision for further racks and to ensure sufficient space is kept for further wires and cables to enter.

• Factory layouts as per Factory Acts:

  To design the plant as per the space standard required for good practices followed for chemical plant and as per Factory Inspector’s requirement and get the same approved.

• Structural Designing:

  To make plans and get the designing of Structural Engineer and execute the same.

• Repair & Maintenance:

  To coordinate with construction chemical manufacturers for zero leakage in plaster, waterproofing work, road construction – to have heavy duty RCC Road designed.

• Rainwater Harvesting Pits:

  To coordinate with contractors and make rainwater harvesting system and to collect rainwater in pits and recharge the Borewell.

• Streetlights

  : Proper streetlights and indirect lighting are designed in the factory and lux level is checked.

• Garden:

  To design the green area minimum 40% as required by the Act and to create proper layouts.

• General Washroom

  : To ensure proper washrooms are designed and maintained timely and good sanitation practices are implemented.

• Solar Lights:

  To get the solar system implemented in all the Terraces.

• Vastu:

  To do the planning as per good practices of Vastu, before modification and planning for new factory all the opinions are well taken care of.

• Compound Wall:

  To get the wall designed by the RCC consultant and to check the stability every year from all sides, to check the water outlet also opened.

• Security House:

  To have proper security house designed and to ensure there is a good opening from all the sides for better management and control.

• Shed Designing:

  To ensure all Polycarbonate sheets are maintained and cleaned, to select the highest quality polycarbonate sheet which has got good life stability and also gives maximum day light, to compare the day light with lux level.

• Plumbing and Sanitation system:

  Proper plumbing and sanitization, proper MEP consultant to be appointed for

• Laboratory and Ventilation system:

  To ensure good ventilation system, hot room lab, factory area and during loading unloading of material – in ISO containers – 20 ft, 40 ft.

• Clean Room:

  To get the room designed as per FDA standards, to have AHU installed, to have air-tight doors, joint-free flooring, have good ventilation systems.

• Lights:

  To select energy efficient light required for factory premises., to check the lux level for office, factory area, laboratory area etc.

• Factory Floor Area:

  To plan demarcation of work activity and to ensure proper flooring is being maintained as per the operation – repair of flooring if damaged, making specifications for the flooring required after discussing with RCC consultant, finding good quality of construction chemicals for the road etc.
