An Agile Coach helps individuals, teams, and organizations adopt and improve Agile practices. They guide teams in understanding Agile values, principles, and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Agile Coaches work to enhance team collaboration, delivery speed, and adaptability by providing training, facilitating workshops, mentoring team members, and supporting leadership in Agile transformation efforts. Their goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams become self-organizing and high performing. Shift timings: Offshore – Must Cover: - 7 AM CST to 2:30 PM CST. - On Days of PI planning – 8 AM CST to 5 PM CST Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune Responsibilities and Skillset required: • Agile Methodology Expertise: - Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP, and other Agile frameworks. - Experience scaling Agile across teams, departments, or the enterprise. - Knowledge of Agile delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, etc.). • Coaching & Facilitation: - Strong coaching skills to guide individuals, teams, and leadership in adopting Agile mindsets and behaviors. - Expertise in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, PI planning, and value stream mapping sessions. - Ability to act as a servant leader and remove systemic impediments. • Change Management & Transformation: - Experience leading Agile transformations and working with resistance to change. - Skills in stakeholder engagement and creating a culture of continuous improvement. - Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) models and practices. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution abilities. - Capable of influencing leadership and aligning diverse teams around Agile principles. • Technical & Tooling Knowledge: - Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Mural, etc. - Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and how Agile ties into technical practices. • Assessment & Mentorship: - Ability to assess Agile maturity and tailor coaching accordingly. - Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on best practices and servant leadership. • Certifications: - ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Agile Coach) - Required - Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) - Required - SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) - Optional

Roles and Responsibilities: Enable, drive and lead the design team, managing project tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies. Shape the strategy by setting high-level design goals to ensure a consistent and engaging experience. Analyze complexity, simplify workflows, identify the right problems to solve. Drive alignment by collaborating with designers, developers, marketers and product managers to drive a shared understanding of user’s needs and behaviours. Translate research into outstanding user experiences, steward design from concept to final code. Creation of key UX artifacts such as concept maps, storyboards, taxonomies, prototypes, patterns, information architecture, workflows and design specifications. Develop and playback interaction concepts to the larger team and be able to clearly defend design choices through employing prototypes at different fidelities to communicate design intent. Identify new components, patterns, and templates to be incorporated into the design standards while working with other designers across the organization to ensure consistency. Review designs of the multi-skilled design team, improving the work while growing the designers. Foster a team culture of diversity and transparent collaboration. Lead team stand-ups & playbacks and present design work as part of a compelling narrative to elicit buy-in from cross-disciplinary stakeholders. Advocate for and facilitate human centred design in everyday work and client meetings. Plan, lead and moderate virtual and in-person design thinking workshops Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design and design best practices. At least 7+ years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI. Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents. Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mural). Strong communication, storytelling, and documentation skills. Experience leading a team towards the successful delivery of high-quality designs to market. Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in mobile design and delivery Experience in enterprise software design and delivery Experience planning & moderating design thinking workshops
