Architect

The ideal candidate for this position is a qualified architect with a Bachelor's degree in architecture and 6 to 10 years of experience in construction and architecture. You should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Sketch Up and other software as an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include architectural, structural & MEP coordination to complete GFC drawings and site experience. You should have hands-on experience with working drawings, detailing, and site coordination, as well as engage with consultants and manage documentation efficiently. As the ideal candidate, you will ensure compliance with architectural specifications, concepts, and international standards. You will be responsible for conducting site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards. Additionally, you will oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process and collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets. The candidate with Conservation Experience is preferred. You should have strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, along with excellent co-ordination skills. Diligently communicating with necessary people to ensure timely execution and conducting quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed are key aspects of this role.
