3D Visualizer (2-6yrs experience)

Role Overview:

As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in visualizing design concepts through high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, animations, and graphic presentations. You will work closely with our architects and designers to bring ideas to life and communicate our vision to clients, collaborators, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renders for mixed-use projects, including hospitality, corporate, and public spaces.
• Develop visuals with accurate lighting, textures, and materials using tools like 3DS Max, V-Ray, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.
• Translate design concepts into compelling visuals in collaboration with architects and designers.

Project Development & Documentation

• Build detailed 3D models from plans, sketches, and concepts.
• Align visualizations with overall design intent, including furniture, lighting, and materials.
• Prepare renders, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations.
• Support documentation and technical drawings based on 3D visuals.

Client Interaction & Presentations

• Work with clients and project managers to understand design goals.
• Create and revise visuals based on feedback to clearly communicate design intent.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Contribute to design discussions with insights from 3D modeling and visualization.

Quality Control & Innovation

• Maintain high visual standards with attention to detail in rendering.
• Stay current with new tools and trends; adopt innovative techniques to enhance output and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Experience of 2 to 6 years

• Proven experience in 3D visualization with a strong portfolio of architectural and interior projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in tools like 3DS Max, V-Ray, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Blender, etc.
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation for architectural visualization.

Professional Competencies

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual quality and design accuracy.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desirable Qualities

• Experience with high-end/luxury design projects.
• Familiarity with VR/AR for immersive presentations.
• Understanding architectural design principles, space planning, and materiality.
