We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will have to prepare the BOQ from the architectural and structural drawings, checking of the bills. Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare accurate BOQ’s cost estimates for construction projects, from initial feasibility to final delivery. Develop and manage project budgets and ensure that financial targets are met throughout the project lifecycle. Tendering & Contract Administration: Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers. Negotiate contract terms, manage changes to contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Procurement Management: Assist in the procurement of materials, services, and contractors. Ensure cost-effective sourcing and value for money without compromising on quality. Cost Control & Reporting: Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to project managers and clients. Track and report on variances in the project budget, identify potential cost overruns, and implement corrective actions. Site Visits & Bill Checking: Conduct site visits and evaluate vendor running bills and prepare Payment certifications. Final Account Preparation: Prepare final accounts for completed projects, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and final payments are processed accurately. Requirements: Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying, BE in Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., MRICS/ IEI Chartered QS) are a plus. Experience: Experienced as a Quantity Surveyor (Minimum 3 years), preferably within the construction industry. Experience in both residential and commercial projects is advantageous. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
