Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and reporting, and overseeing cost management. The role involves ensuring the efficient and strategic allocation of resources to meet project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience with BOQ preparation and handling
• Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the MEP industry is a plus
