Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budget forecasts based on site progress and drawings. Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs, and prepare valuation reports for work completed. Review and validate contractor and subcontractor bills, invoices, and payment applications. Manage variation orders and claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Prepare interim and final account settlements, reports, and budget updates for management and clients. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Quantity Surveyor on active construction sites.
