Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

About the Role: SP Design Developers LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing & Quantity Estimation Engineer to manage and verify project quantities, prepare client and subcontractor bills, and support cost estimation and budgeting for civil construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity estimates and take-offs from drawings and site measurements Generate and verify RA bills for clients and subcontractors Prepare BOQs and assist in tender documentation Conduct rate analysis for civil and finishing works Coordinate with site engineers for verification and validation of executed work Monitor material consumption and maintain reconciliation statements Support the project team in cost control and budget planning Assist in preparing work orders, progress reports, and billing schedules Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications Maintain updated billing records and support audits when required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 3–5 years of experience in billing, quantity estimation, and costing in the civil construction industry Strong knowledge of construction billing formats, GST implications, and contracts Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems) Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams Why Join Us: At SP Design Developers LLP, precision and accountability are the cornerstones of our operations.
