Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Quantity Surveyor & Billing Executive to join our team in Ambattur. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial interior projects and a passion for cost control, billing accuracy, and project efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial interior projects
• Review and validate contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely processing
• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and manage cost control measures
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for billing and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, invoices, and payment schedules
• Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing within the commercial interior
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
