Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Survey Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The Quantity Survey Manager will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing tender and contract documents, undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, and performing risk, value management, and cost control. The role also involves procurement, verifying and valuing completed work, and arranging payments.

Qualifications

  • Cost management, cost planning, and cost analysis skills
  • Proficiency in preparing tender and contract documents
  • Experience in risk management and value engineering
  • Procurement, verification, and valuation of completed work
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar field
  • Professional certification or membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is beneficial
