Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Mumbai . The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, project cost management, and risk assessment. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Immediate joiners with prior experience in interiors and construction companies will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses Administer contracts, including handling variations, claims, and final accounts Identify potential cost risks and propose mitigation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects Prepare and submit detailed project cost and progress reports Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in interiors and construction industry (mandatory) Proven experience in cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and risk management Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to liaise effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and subcontractors Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines 💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month 📍 Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai ⚡ Note: Only immediate joiners should apply
