Role Description

Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
• Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses
• Administer contracts, including handling variations, claims, and final accounts
• Identify potential cost risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects
• Prepare and submit detailed project cost and progress reports

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in

  interiors and construction industry

  (mandatory)
• Proven experience in cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to liaise effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
