Quantity Survey Manager

Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai 

Experience: 5 to 6 years 

Salary: upto 50k

Must worked in Interiors and construction based companaies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction and interior projects

- Cost Management: Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective decision-making

- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and issues that may impact project budgets or timelines

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on project costs, progress, and other relevant metrics
