Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Team Lead with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective quality control processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience working in a BPO/Call Centre environment is preferred.
