Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Team Lead located in Chennai. The Quality Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, managing quality assurance programs, and ensuring adherence to quality management standards. The role includes leading a team of quality professionals, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance quality performance. Additionally, the Quality Team Lead will analyze quality data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Quality Auditing
Knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Chennai
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Experience in the home lift or manufacturing industry is a plus
