Job Description

Preferred:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or Public Health.
  • Experience in clinical audits, risk management, or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and monitoring of NABH standards and hospital policies.
  • Conduct clinical and non-clinical audits, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing SOPs, checklists, and quality indicators.
  • Coordinate training programs on patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accreditation guidelines.
  • Collect, analyze, and present quality data/metrics to management.
  • Participate in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all hospital departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
