Quality Manager Outbound Sales

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)

Shift: Rotational (Day and Night Shifts)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Quality Manager to lead and enhance the Quality Assurance framework for our Outbound Sales team.

The role involves establishing quality processes, managing a team of analysts, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of sales excellence, compliance, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales quality management, process optimization, and team leadership, with experience in managing large-scale sales operations or contact center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Framework

Design, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) across the outbound sales lifecycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to solution design and performance optimization.

Hire, train, and lead a team of Quality Analysts, ensuring consistency in quality evaluation, calibration, and actionable feedback delivery.

Standardization & Documentation

Define and document quality standards and scorecards for all sales activities.

Assess and improve:

Quality of needs analysis and alignment with client goals.

Accuracy and effectiveness of solution recommendations and sales pitches.

Communication clarity and consultative selling approach.

Adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and organizational guidelines.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze key quality metrics such as conversion rates, ROI impact, call effectiveness, and sales pitch quality.

Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and present executive-level reports summarizing insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Process Improvement

Collaborate with Sales Operations and Training & Enablement teams to translate quality findings into process and training improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales funnel.

Calibration & Alignment

Conduct regular calibration sessions with Sales Managers and Quality Analysts to ensure consistency and alignment in quality standards and performance expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance, preferably within a B2B sales, digital marketing, or call center environment.

Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience directly managing a Quality or Analytics team.

Skills Required:

Deep understanding of outbound sales processes, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.

Proven expertise in Quality Management frameworks and process excellence.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or equivalent are highly desirable.
