Role Description

Candidates with prior experience in the dry fruits industry will be highly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager

The role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting regular inspections and audits, managing documentation, and leading the quality assurance team. The Quality Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in

  Quality Assurance / Quality Control

  , preferably in the

  food or produce industry

• Proven ability to design and implement quality procedures, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance

• Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms

  and other food quality standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
