Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

• Perform

  incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections

  of raw materials, masterbatch production, and finished goods.
• Ensure product quality conforms to

  specifications, color standards, and customer requirements

  .
• Conduct

  shade matching and lab trials

  using spectrophotometer and other lab instruments.
• Maintain and verify

  COA (Certificate of Analysis)

  and quality documentation for each batch.
• Identify and report

  non-conformities

  , initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  are followed at all stages of production.

Testing & Analysis:

• Operate and maintain quality testing equipment such as

  MFI Tester, Twin Screw Lab Extruder, Injection Moulding Machine, Color Matching Booth, and Spectrophotometer

  .
• Evaluate properties such as

  dispersion, LDR (let down ratio), MFI, color strength, and migration resistance

  .
• Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for

  new color development and sample approvals

  .

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain

  ISO documentation

  and assist during

  internal and external audits

  .
• Support the Quality Manager in implementing and improving

  Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

  quality reports

  for management review

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  polymer materials and masterbatch processing

  .
• Experience in

  color matching and QC lab operations

  .
• Good understanding of

  ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems

  .
• Analytical mindset with

  attention to detail

  and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / ERP-based reporting

  .
