Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
Conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions to maintain high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage supplier relationships by conducting regular audits, identifying non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP reports) to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions on product development.
