Job Description

Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (ISO/IATF) to ensure all processes, components, and vehicles meet required standards.
Monitor and control quality at every production stage—incoming, in-process, and final inspection—to reduce defects.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Lead internal and external audits, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Handle customer complaints, coordinate with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise and train the quality team, ensuring strong communication, reporting, and adherence to quality processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
