Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 4 to 7 About the Role TESCOM India is seeking a Quality-Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) operations. Define inspection standards, sampling plans, and test procedures. Review and approve inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) reports. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective preventive actions. Coordinate with production, process, and design teams for defect prevention. Monitor and control calibration of measuring instruments. Implement and audit ISO 9001 QA system within the OQC process. Train and guide QA engineers and inspectors. Report quality KPIs and improvement data to management. Required Skills / Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of mechanical assembly inspection and tolerance measurement. Hands-on experience in final inspection, functional testing, or packaging QA. Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and Fishbone analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP quality modules. Excellent English communication and technical report writing skills. Experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment preferred.
