1) Expertise in fittings processing, 2) Knowledge of BIS product standard. 3) RM & brought out
items specification & its testing, 4) Knowledge product applications,5) 07 QC tools used for
quality control, 5) SQC & SPC analysis, 6) Knowledge of IMS & SAP. 7) Knowledge of PVC
formulation, compounding & mixing, 8) Trouble shootings & its remedies 9) Coordination with
Technical services for new product development, mould correction 10) MIS reporting ,11)
Exposer to TPM activities, 12) New supplier development of Product accessories & packing
material 13) Run quality improvement projects.
KRAs & KPIs:
1) Reduce customer complaint by 30 % compared to last year .2) Timely closure of customer
complaints 100 % Compliance. 3) Timely response to customer complaints -100 %
compliance .4) To analyze project complaints of 14 cities and plan action to reduce it by
50% .5) To assist new development regarding products, packaging and changes in
specifications, technical data etc.6) To develop subordinates, conduct trainings .7) Ensure the
overall quality of Fittings manufactured at all locations (Badhalwadi & Vendor locations).
Target Industry:
Pipe Industry is preferred
While Candidates from Fittings background is preferred, hands-on experience in Injection
Moulding is a MUST. (Please note that : We do not need candidates with Extrusion Experience,
Injection experience is mandatory)
