📌 Job Opening: Quality Manager – Apple Hospital, Indore

💼 Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, review, and update

    hospital-wide SOPs, policies, and protocols

    in coordination with department heads.
  • Lead

    NABH Chapter-wise compliance

    , including continuous monitoring of standards, indicators, and documentation.
  • Conduct

    mock drills

    (fire safety, code blue, disaster management, biomedical hazards, etc.) and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze

    clinical outcome indicators

    such as medication errors, falls, pressure sores, readmission rates, and surgical checklist compliance.
  • Oversee and guide the

    Infection Control Committee (ICC)

    and ensure audits such as hand hygiene, biomedical waste, sterilization, and isolation practices.
  • Implement and track

    Patient Safety Goals (IPSG)

    and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Design and implement

    quality improvement projects (QIPs)

    and conduct periodic audits in high-risk areas.
  • Facilitate and maintain the

    Hospital Committee Structure

    (MRD Committee, Safety Committee, QMS Committee, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with

    statutory & regulatory requirements

    (Pollution Control Board, Fire NOC, AERB, BMW Rules, etc.).
  • Evaluate

    patient feedback

    , complaints, and grievances and drive improvements for patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor

    equipment calibration and maintenance records

    in coordination with the biomedical team.
  • Conduct

    training need analysis (TNA)

    and plan quality-related training sessions for all departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date

    risk management records

    , FMEA reports, and hazard identification logs.
  • Ensure timely

    closing of non-conformities (NCs)

    raised during audits or inspections.
  • Assist management in developing

    strategic quality goals

    , and provide monthly quality dashboards and analysis.
  • Promote a culture of

    continuous quality improvement

    , transparency, and teamwork within the hospital.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • BHA/MHA, BSc Nursing, or equivalent healthcare/hospital administration qualification.
  • 2–6 years

    of experience in hospital quality or NABH roles.
  • Strong knowledge of NABH standards, audits, patient safety, and documentation.
  • Good communication, training, analytical, and leadership skills.
