Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of recruitment processes, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include monitoring recruitment metrics, providing training and support to recruitment teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with clients to understand their quality requirements. The Quality Manager will also conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in quality management, quality control, and quality assurance
• Experience in developing and implementing quality procedures and standards
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
• Ability to conduct audits, assessments, and identify improvement areas
• Experience in client relationship management and understanding client quality requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality Management, HR, or a related field
• Professional certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
