Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives across our operations. Your role will involve managing quality assurance programs, driving Six Sigma projects, developing and implementing quality control systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring key quality metrics, conducting internal audits, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage quality assurance programs and initiatives across operational teams. - Drive Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. - Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs. - Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and quality best practices. - Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in the Engineering stream with a minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence. - Good knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TQM, ISO standards, and other quality frameworks. - Proven track record of leading successful Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in telecom, manufacturing, or technology sectors is highly desirable. - Proficiency in quality tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc. Additional Company Details: Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
