Role & responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair of physical infrastructure: buildings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations. Plan preventive maintenance programs. Manage service contracts and vendors (Housekeeping, Technical, security, etc.). Monitor usage of utilities (electricity, water etc.), optimizing for cost efficiency. Coordinate space utilization, facility upgrades, expansions or renovations. Budgeting & cost control for facility operations. Emergency preparedness (fire safety, evacuation plans). Oversee building maintenance, housekeeping, security, and administrative support services. Ensure electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and other utilities are operational and compliant. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and resolve issues promptly Manage third-party vendors for security, housekeeping, repairs, and other services. Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (fire safety, health & safety, environmental laws). Maintain updated licenses, AMC records, and audit documentation. Conduct regular safety drills and compliance checks. Oversee seating allocation, workstation setups, and space planning for new hires. Coordinate office relocations, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades. Prepare and monitor facility budgets, ensuring cost optimization. Maintain MIS reports and present facility performance metrics to management. Lead the facility operations team and provide training and guidance. Ensure a high-quality work environment that supports employee productivity. Depending on company, might need familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes (clean rooms, SMT & ESD control etc.) Good planning, organizational & problem-solving skills. Energy audits & implementation of power-saving measures. Monitoring & maintaining ESD flooring, grounding, wrist straps, and ionizers. Preferred candidate profile: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the SMT line industry or have exposure to the electronics manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities: Programming and Operation: Set up and manage Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to ensure high-quality standards and detect any defects in the production process. Process Improvement: Analyse and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Knowledge of solder paste printing processes and equipment. Proficiency in developing and optimizing reflow oven profiles. Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant experience in AOI Programming. Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead quality function in the organisation covering Incoming quality, In process quality and final quality. The role will be responsible for driving Zero defect manufacturing on the shop floor covering SMT, Backend and final assembly operations.. Responsibilities: Lead and set up quality processes for all the sub functions in the quality organisation. The role will be leading end to end quality initiatives in the organisation. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure Zero defects during manufacturing processes. Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Hands on experience in quality systems like ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16469. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Measurables: 1. LAR ( Lot acceptance Ration ) at Incoming quality. 2. Strong understanding of backend manufacturing operations, including box build, testing, inspection, and packaging of electronic assemblies. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
