Develop & Implement QMS:
Create, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and processes.
Lead Quality Assurance Teams:
Guide and manage quality assurance and auditing staff to ensure effective operations.
Conduct Audits:
Plan and execute comprehensive internal and potentially external audits of processes, systems, and products to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyze Audit Findings:
Evaluate audit results to identify areas for improvement, risks, and non-compliance.
Drive Corrective Actions:
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective corrective and preventative actions based on audit findings.
Quality Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed quality reports, including trends and insights, to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote Quality Culture:
Foster an organizational culture of quality through training, guidance, and the dissemination of best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency, applying methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Risk Management:
Implement risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
