Lead, supervise, and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical, electrical, and utility staff. Ensure minimal breakdowns and quick turnaround times during equipment failure. Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities efficiently. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement and usage. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies and standards. Monitor and control maintenance budgets and costs. Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues. Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance machine uptime, energy efficiency, and asset life. Prepare reports on maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, downtime, and maintenance costs. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for specialized maintenance services or AMC. Oversee facility and infrastructure maintenance (e.g., electrical panels, HVAC, lighting, compressors, etc.).
