As a QA Engineer, you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about quality. What are we looking for?
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, with exposure to both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python or Java script.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and back-end testing.
- Experience with test management tools (Azure Test Plans, Jira, or equivalent).
- Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Familiarity working with Azure resources
- Familiarity using Kusto language to examine outputs in AKS logs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with Service Supply Chain or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- ISTQB, CSTE, or other QA certifications.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, APIs, and integrations across Service Supply Chain applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle.
- Leverage tools such as Azure Test Plans, Postman, Selenium/Playwright, and SQL for test execution and defect tracking.
- Analyze logs, data flows, and transactions across systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, Service Bus) to validate data accuracy and business rules.
- Partner with automation engineers to design and implement test scripts, frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
- Track and report quality metrics to stakeholders, driving improvements in test coverage, defect prevention, and delivery timelines.
