Quality Engineer

Who are we looking for?

The purpose of the role of Quality Engineer is to improve current processes, reduce variation in output and implement sustainable long term correct actions across manufacturing division, and also identify opportunities to drive quality Management Systems objectives to achieve and maintain best practices to in accordance with certified system standards, global company policies and customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality system in the organization, in accordance with the International Standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949:2009).
• Conducting Internal Audits for all the four systems to maintain the smooth flow and following up the corrective actions taken by the concerned departments.
• Conducting Management Review Meetings to show the trend of the organization, Continual Improvements and the needs to fulfill organization’s requirements.
• Responsible for following up of statistical techniques in co-ordination with all departments.
• Responsible for all QA related activities viz. Change control process, Internal corrective actions, Risk analysis like FMEA, etc.

Who are You?

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/ ECE/ EEE.

Preferably – M.SC Chemistry

Over-all experience in Industry: 8 years

Experience in below fields:

• Continuous Improvements/ Kaizens
• Quality Assurance/ Control
• QMS – IATF16949, ISO 9001
• Create systems/ Controls/ Poka-yoke systems
• Audits/ Customer query resolutions
• Internal Audits/ QA

What competencies will you need?

• CFT discussions with data driven insights
• Problem solving techniques – 8D/ FMEA
• Customer query handling
• Continuous Improvement Projects
• Strong English Communication skills
• Analytical tools for MSA & SPC
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
