Who are we looking for? Candidate should be experienced in working with Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry as Production/Manufacturing/Process Manager Ensure Health and Safety regulation are met, and address any concern Ensure Product Quality is met and follows the IP control What will you be doing? Candidate should be experienced in working with Chemical/Pharmaceutical Industry Ensure Health and Safety regulation are met, and address any concern Ensure Product Quality is met and follows the IP control Understanding ISO 9001/IATF Requirements Planning Production and control the Resource needs Estimate cost, budgets and identify the scope to reduce Oversee Production process and Monitor Productivity rates and improve yield Understanding basic concepts of TPM and TQM Preference in experienced with Bulk Manufacturing Process Experienced with Process Engineering will be added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Who are You? Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or MSC Chemistry Atleast 7 to 12 Years of experience as Production/Manufacturing Leader. Proficient English language capability – written and verbal Willing to learn attitude Strong Team Management skill What competencies will you need? Strong communication skills (written & verbal) for English Strong presentation skills Financial expertise, Budgeting & forecasting Outstanding relations skills and be able to adapt to varying needs. Ability to multitask, manage transitions effectively and change focus quickly Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt accordingly Ability to multi-task with 'can-do ‘attitude We are Offering...
