Quality Control: Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting inspections, tests, and audits at various stages of the manufacturing process.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspection results, and documentation of quality procedures.
Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components meets our standards.
Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and regulations, as well as company-specific quality policies.
Training and Development: Provide training to manufacturing personnel on quality procedures and best practices to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.
Reporting: Generate regular quality reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
