Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

•Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production preferred)

•Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality or Supply Chain functions, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment

•Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, root cause analysis, and inspection reporting

Knowledge & Competencies

•Strong communication and coordination skills

•Good understanding of automotive quality systems and supply chain operations

•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including suppliers and OEM customers.

•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.

•Flexible and willing to work in Matrix organization structure.

▪Customer Trouble report sharing with customer.

▪Internal trouble report sharing with customer.

▪Quality alert

▪4M control report

▪Ship back arrangements.

▪Import & export replacements.

▪Import damage shipment verification.

▪Rejection collection & ERP booking

▪NG stock control & report

▪Sorting (Instruct WH / 3rd party)

▪Color parts inspection.

▪Quality monthly inspection reports

▪Conflict of minerals
