Quality Coordinator

You will be responsible for conducting average time on call audits and evaluating Customer Satisfaction (SAT) scores to uphold high-quality service standards. Additionally, you will perform voice and non-voice audits to assess process compliance, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with teams to enhance performance. Your role will involve managing training sessions, addressing quality gaps, and ensuring operational excellence. Furthermore, you will handle ticket management systems for timely resolution and tracking, as well as engage with foreign clients to address quality-related discussions and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality auditing, both voice and non-voice. - Proficiency in call audits, SAT scores, and average handling time metrics. - Demonstrated training experience with strong presentation and coaching skills. - Exceptional confidence and professionalism in client interactions and team collaborations. - Experience in working with foreign clients, handling escalations, and familiarity with ticket management tools. - Strong communication and analytical abilities.
