Quality Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Quality Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all materials, components, and final products adhere to regulatory and buyer-specific quality standards. You will be conducting regular inspections on the production floors, including inline, midline, and final inspections, following Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards. Your role involves assessing product samples and components to ensure consistency, craftsmanship, and finish levels before granting approvals. It is crucial to identify and address any production or quality-related discrepancies promptly, collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections on production floors, including inline, midline, and final inspections following AQL standards. - Assess product samples and components to ensure consistency, craftsmanship, and finish levels before granting approvals. - Identify and address production or quality-related discrepancies promptly by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. - Monitor vendor performance and participate in quarterly evaluations to drive continuous improvement. - Keep detailed documentation of quality checks, vendor audits, and inspection reports for management reference. - Collaborate effectively with Product Line, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely and successful execution of sampling and bulk orders. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in inspection techniques, quality assurance, documentation, supply chain management, regulatory standards, vendor management, negotiation, and effective communication in English will be beneficial for fulfilling responsibilities in this role.,
