Roles and Responsibilities Conduct call audits, voice audits, and quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards. Identify areas of improvement through Pareto analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Perform quality management activities such as QC tools, Call Calibration, and Voice Quality monitoring. Analyze data using 7QC principles to identify trends and patterns.
