Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Quality Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest changes to improve satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall performance.
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Develop and maintain quality metrics to measure performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in quality assurance or customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and consistency in work.
Experience with quality management tools and software is preferred.
