Prepare asset register. Identify equipment/ structures requiring preventive maintenance. Prepare Preventive maintenance Plan. Prepare or get prepared preventive maintenance check lists. Implement preventive maintenance plan and generate records. Maintain breakdown maintenance records. Deal with out-sourced maintenance agencies/ technicians and maintain proper records of maintenances and communication. Provide data and analysis to Management and Quality. Identify equipment requiring Calibration, prepare calendar for Calibration, get calibration done as required, and maintain records of calibrations traceable to standards. Urgently Required OT Technician at Sainath Hospital , Moshi. Washing and cleaning of gloves, instruments, needles and syringes etc. Maintaining the cleanliness of the dept. And dusting of issuing area, sterilization area. Messenger service to the wards and department. Supply of cylinders from gas room to wards and department. Report shortages etc. To be responsible that the theatre to which they are posted is in fit condition i.e. cleaned and sterilized. To assist OT technician in making position of the patient on the table. To assist doctor in starting I.V. drip. Packing of syringes, instruments and special trays. To change the gas cylinder. To ensure that anesthesia trolley has all the instruments. Equipment’s, drugs, syringes etc. To guide N/A in transfer of patient from OT table to trolley and to recovery room. To wash instruments, endotracheal tube etc. thoroughly as per instruction. To take universal precaution while handling soiled anesthesia instruments. Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills. All articles for sterilization by autoclaves have to brought from the respective department. Daily care of cleaning the sterilizer. Loading and unloading of the sterilizers, of setting up the articles at the proper place, to and from, clean work area to sterile storage area. Maintenance of complete records of sterilized material. Sharping and unlocking of needless, preparation of Pot. Dichromate sol. Urgently Required Discharge Coordinator at Sainath Hospital, Moshi. Coordinating Discharge of In Patient Daily In Patient Round for feedback and Queries of Patient. Coordinating with billing desk for smooth functioning of bill procedures. Coordinating with insurance department. For smooth function of cashless department, Coordinating with facility and Maintenance services. Follow up with Maintenance for pending work. Collecting feedback and google reviews of In patients Scanning of in patient investigation reports and uploading to HIMS. Prepare list of patients requiring surgery and send it to OT and anesthetists for PAC (write planned date of surgery) Co-ordination with lab/imaging for reports pending. Co-ordination for lab tests and appointments for CT/MRI and transportation team. To check completeness of medical record at the time of discharge. Communication and participating in NABH work.
