Resident Medical Officer (ICU)

As a Healthcare Professional, your role will involve conducting assessments and re-assessments of patients to ensure accurate health status information is maintained. You will be responsible for promptly informing consultants of any changes in the health condition of patients and following their instructions diligently. Your duties will also include making detailed entries in medical records, participating in healthcare safety and infection control programs, and preparing discharge summaries. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments and re-assessments of patients - Inform consultants of any changes in patient health condition - Follow instructions provided by consultants - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records entries - Participate in healthcare safety and infection control programs - Prepare discharge summaries - Provide counseling to patients and their relatives when necessary - Implement NABH policies and procedures - Participate in audits, reviews, and mock drills Qualifications Required: - Relevant degree/certification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Medicine) - Prior experience in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Please note that this is a Full-time position with a rotational shift schedule.,
