Key Responsibilities:
-Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling
qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
-Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
-Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiative.
-Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
-Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationship.
-Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team.
